Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering educational programmes in GCSE English.
- Providing support and guidance to students and addressing challenges
- Promoting College values and adhering to safeguarding policies.
- Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities.
Requirements (Skills / Qualifications / Experience):
- Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in English and a teaching qualification
- Valuable experience in teaching or relevant industry expertise.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education.
- Commitment to promoting student welfare and fostering inclusivity.
