Are you an enthusiastic PE Teacher with a passion for inspiring young people to lead active, healthy lives? GSL Education is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Physical Education Teacher to join our team for a long-term position in Sheffield. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging PE lessons that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and personal growth for students at Key Stages 3 and 4 

  • Encourage all students to participate and develop confidence in various sports and physical activities 

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback 

  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports individual student needs 

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the school's PE curriculum and extra-curricular activities 

Requirements: 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent 

  • Degree in Physical Education or a related field 

  • Experience teaching PE at the secondary level (preferred) 

  • DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) 

  • Strong communication, motivation, and classroom management skills
