Job title: Secondary Science Teacher

Payrate: £150 - £200 per day

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging science lessons to Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 students, making complex concepts accessible and exciting.
- Foster a supportive and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.
- Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the science curriculum.
- Ensure safety in the laboratory, adhering to health and safety guidelines during practical lessons.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- A degree in Science or a relevant field
- Experience preferred with Secondary Schools
- Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply
- DBS on the Update Service required
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to make science fun and relatable through hands-on learning
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
