Job Responsibilities:
路 Teach and engage students in a range of subjects across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5, adapting your approach to meet the needs of different learners.
路 Develop and deliver creative and effective lesson plans that inspire curiosity and participation.
路 Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing personalized feedback and support.
路 Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the school鈥檚 curriculum and learning environment.
路 Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom, ensuring the well-being and development of all students.
Requirements:
路 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
路 A degree in a relevant subject or field
路 Experience preferred with Secondary Schools
路 Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply
路 DBS on the Update Service required
路 Ability to teach multiple subjects with passion and confidence
路 Strong communication and classroom management skills
路 Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
