GSL Education are looking for a passionate and dedicated Spanish Teacher to join our dynamic and welcoming team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire and educate students in the languages and cultures of Spain.

Job Summary:

As a Spanish Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality instruction in the Spanish language to students. Working closely with MFL department, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success and engagement of students, supporting their language learning journey.

Key Responsibilities of Spanish Teacher:

  • Deliver effective and interactive lessons in Spanish to students of various stages.
  • Provide instruction, guidance and support to students to facilitate learning during classroom activities and lessons.
  • Develop and implement schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment materials.
  • Foster positive relationships with students to promote their engagement and love for learning languages.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum.

Essential Qualifications of Spanish Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a recognised teaching qualification in Spanish.
  • Profound knowledge of MFL teaching methodologies, particularly in Spanish.
  • Proven experience as a Spanish Teacher in an educational setting, highly preferable.
  • A genuine passion for teaching Spanish and positively impacting students' lives.
  • Willingness to collaborate with the MFL teaching team.
