As an HLTA within this Alternative Provision setting, you will play a key role in supporting students who have struggled in mainstream education. You'll work closely with small groups and individuals, helping to develop their social, emotional, and academic skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering tailored lessons and interventions in line with the individual needs of the students.
• Supporting classroom teachers in planning and assessment.
• Managing behaviour in line with the school's policies to create a positive learning environment.
• Building positive relationships with students to help them achieve their potential.
• Providing mentoring and pastoral support to students.

• HLTA status or equivalent qualifications.
• Previous experience working in an Alternative Provision or SEN setting is highly desirable.
