Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support for students with special educational needs.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Support classroom teachers in managing student behaviour and engagement.
- Facilitate a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists and educational psychologists.
- Monitor and report on student progress and development.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, ideally with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach.
