Location: Sheffield, S4 7YA
Salary: Competitive, DOE + Benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing essential admin support to our Health and Safety (H&S) team
  • Managing documents and preparing H&S reports based on templates
  • Updating project trackers and maintaining records using MS Excel
  • Assisting with data entry on client portals and coordinating with stakeholders
  • Supporting day-to-day activities of the H&S team

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous administration experience – whether from an office role or similar background
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude with strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Interest in property, health and safety, or building consultancy is a plus!
