They design & manufacture detection, and monitoring equipment products as both a fixed and portable system. They are currently on the lookout for a field service engineer to look after the Sheffield/Derby/Nottingham area

Seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their expanding team nationwide. This regional role covers Sheffield/Derby/Nottingham area, reporting to the Field Service Engineering Manager.
In this role you will be attending customer sites to perform proactive maintenance, repairs & commissioning of their products.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Servicing, calibrating and repairing detection equipment to relevant standards
- Ensure all serviced products are fully operational, tested and have completed service paperwork
- Support other team members on jobs that require multiple engineers
Requirements of the Field Service Engineer
- Experience in instrument/electronic equipment service, troubleshooting/repair, commissioning, and/or installation.
- HNC/HND in an electrical/electronic field or equivalent understanding gained from work experience.
- Full driving license.
Desirable requirements of the Field Service Engineer
- Previous experience with fire alarm systems or similar electronic devices
- Preferably hold Confined Space, IPAF, and Safety Passport certifications, but training is provided.
- Prior Field Service Engineering experience is advantageous but not essential.
