  • The salary for this position is up to £38,000, with additional benefits including a quarterly bonus scheme and company car allowance.
  • Candidates must have a full UK driving license, strong IT skills, and excellent customer care experience, both on-site and remotely.


Concept have a unique opportunity to join a well-established managed print and service provider based within South Yorkshire. To continue growth within this industry we are looking for an experienced engineer who has a proven track record within the industry covering a range of print devices. The role will involve stock ordering of parts & consumables, IT support, Telephone and Remote Support, together with field calls. Installation and connectivity of MFP's.

The Candidate

  • Excellent electrical \ mechanical engineering knowledge
  • Strong IT knowledge and experience in networking MFD's covering printing and scanning
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within the industry
  • Experience of any desktop A4 devices would be an advantage
  • Must have excellent customer care experience (both working on-site & remotely)
  • Full UK driving Licence
  • Smart Appearance


Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide a technical service to customers, including, fault finding, installation, networking, maintenance and repair.
  • To ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements.
  • Maintain stock levels of parts & consumables
  • Service call planning for service dept
  • To maximise revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties
  • Management and control of vehicle stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimise stock losses.


Package:

  • Up to 38,000
  • Quarterly Bonus Scheme - up to 300 pq depending on performance
