MFP Service Manager
Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary starting at £30,000 plus package including company car/car allowance, performance related bonus, and more.

 

We’re working with a print solutions provider in South Yorkshire who offer a range of MFP devices for lease or sale.
They’re now on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to join the small and friendly service team.

 

As a Service Manager, you will:

- Lead and Inspire: Manage and work alongside a dedicated team ensuring the delivery of a top-notch service each and every time
- Have Great Technical Expertise: Work with Sharp MX or BP machinery and other MFP devices
- Be Network Savvy: Handle installation, printing, scanning, and connectivity issues on Windows OS, Servers, and Mac OS
- Problem Solve: Troubleshoot and resolve faults efficiently
- Undertake Field and Office Work: Enjoy a varied role with both office and field-based responsibilities

 

The Person

- Must be Sharp MX or BP machinery trained
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within MFP device technology
- Have prior experience as a supervisor (desirable but not essential)
- Have proficient network knowledge – installations, troubleshooting and connectivity
- Experience of Solutions would be beneficial
- Full driving licence (ideally clean)
- Live within a commutable distance of Sheffield, South Yorkshire
- Be happy to work in a flexible fashion to cater for the needs and demands of a busy client base

 

Salary & Benefits

A competitive salary is on offer for this role, starting at £30,000, negotiable based on experience.
