Assistant Store Manager - MenswearSheffield - MeadowhallFull-time, PermanentSalary: up to £32,000.00 per Annum

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for our Menswear department in Sheffield, Meadowhall. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and ensuring the smooth running of the store.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the store is fully stocked, clean, and merchandised to company standards.
  • Assist with staff training and development, including coaching and performance management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in menswear.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales and inventory data and make informed decisions.
