  • Branch Manager position managing a trade counter selling a range of uPVC windows and doors such as: casement, sash, reversible, bi-fold doors, composite, french, patio
  • Selling into: fenestration installers, housebuilders, contractors & occasionally end user
  • Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales and health & safety, run it as your own business
  • Increasing branch turnover whilst nurturing existing customer accounts
  • Order values range from £300 - £15,000
  • Providing training, development and motivation to a trade counter team of 4 with scope for the team to grow with the branch
  • Working within stock level guidelines, managing the budget and the allocation of funds
  • Ensuring excellent customer service is provided

The ideal applicant will be Branch Manager - Windows & Doors with:

  • Must have experience within the fenestration industry
  • Would consider someone outside of fenestration providing they have a strong knowledge of trade sales & an understanding of windows
  • Must have branch/trade counter management experience
  • Must have a strong sales background and a desire to grow a branch
  • Must be able to assist with loading & unloading orders
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbally
  • Good understanding of H&S practices
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personality
