Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager.
- Strong background in LD, complex care packages, and behaviours.
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
- Full UK driving licence, own vehicle, and flexibility to travel across multiple locations.
What We Offer:
Salary: £42,000 to £45,000 plus discretionary bonus opportunity.
