This is a very warm and friendly nursery willing to pay higher-than-average salaries for the right staff and are offering in excess of 18.00 per hour /34,000-36,000per year +100 WELCOME BONUSfor a 37 hour per week commitment.
Deputy managers will also be considered.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee the operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, childcare, and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities within the nursery
- Supervise nursery staff and provide guidance and support
- Develop and implement educational programs and activities for children
- Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children
- Drive continuous improvement in nursery operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting
- Level 3 or above childcare qualification
- Childcare DEGREE desirable (not essential)
- MUST have been a deputy manager or nursery manager before
