360 Talent London is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager for our Menswear store in Sheffield, Meadowhall. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff training and development. The Store Manager will report directly to the Regional Manager and work closely with other members of the management team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that sales goals are met and exceeded
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers and resolving any issues that arise
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring that they are well-trained and equipped to provide exceptional service
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that the store is well-stocked at all times
  • Manage store expenses and maintain accurate financial records
  • Ensure that the store is clean, well-maintained, and meets all health and safety standards
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and adjust store operations and strategies as necessary to stay ahead of the competition
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in menswear
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software
  • A passion for fashion and an understanding of current menswear trends
