THE COMPANY:

Mens tailoring, RTW and accessories.

RESPONSABILITIES:

Maximise Sales and the potential of Staff.
Ensuring all staff are trained and competent in using store systems.
Assisting with the implementation of all new policies and procedures.
Stock Management.

THE CANDIDATE:

Solid experience of at least 3 years working in a Store Management position.
Experience of working within retail. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills coupled with an organised and proactive approach.
The ability to lead and motivate others is key to success.
There is a requirement to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends at times.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic salary up to £ 38,000 per annum plus Bonus
