Salary - £22,800 + Benefits
Hours - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Holidays - 33 days (inc. bank holidays) – Lieu time claim available to convert to holiday allowance

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an administrative support assistant to join our well-established Sheffield based client.
The successful applicant will play an integral role in providing administrative support, facilities and coordination within the projects team, Vendors and Suppliers. Ensuring high levels of quality are maintained throughout the company.
This is not a sales role, more an administrative support role to the consultancy department, however the candidate will liaise with clients offering and maintaining an excellent level of customer service to assist the consultancy projects department with achieving milestones and customer satisfaction.
The successful applicant will also participate in order processing, supporting and liaising with other parts of the business and providing valuable support to the business development team.
Essential skills:
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of computerised systems including CRM, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to integrate into a small team and flexibility to offer support in key areas of the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Related administration experience ideally. Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise and use your initiative.
- Experience of working in a busy and dynamic office environment, with the ability to keep to tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Answering email enquiries from customers, company representatives and end users.
- Liaising with company sales and projects teams to ensure customer queries and requirements are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Inputting customer sales orders and preparation of shipping and commercial documents along with sales reports using excel spread sheets, CRM and accounting software.
- Liaising with the projects team to obtain updates on all aspects of customer project progress
- Thorough training will be given in related procedures, practices and products.
