Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of children.
  • Act as a positive role model and advocate for children.
  • Collaborate with team members and other professionals.
  • Undertake key worker duties and assist in care planning.
  • Engage in daily operations and activities of the home.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in the UK.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of children's homes regulations.
  • Flexibility and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Preferably QCF level 3 in Health & Care or equivalent.

Additional Information:

  • DBS check required.
  • Caring and compassionate nature.
  • Valid manual driving license preferred.
