You will be able to demonstrate a real focus on working with customers on their journey to independence using astrength-basedtrauma informedapproach.

You willhave some knowledge ofmental health recovery and understandtheimportanceofpeoplebeing encouraged to identify theirownstrengths. You will work with people to positively develop strategies to enable them to better manage their mental healthand sustain their housing.

You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the needs and risks our customers experience and a commitment to helping customers develop and identify their recovery goals.

You have enthusiasm about helping others, be approachable and encouraging with customers to achieve their goals.

Possess a positive "Can Do" solution focused attitude to fit in with a team and help our customers identify their strengths and build on them.
