Salary: £12.83 - £13.50

TeacherActive is proud to be working multiple Residential Support providers and we are recruiting for experienced, confident and pro-active Support Workers (RSW) to join our growing agency. We staff various different settings such as a childrens home with children who have additional needs (challenging behaviour), and an Adults residential for adults with Autism (SEND) and a Special Needs College.
We are an agency so please bare in mind that shift patterns are varied, not guaranteed, and include: AMs, PMs, SLEEPs and Waking Nights.
To be considered for this role:
You MUST have a proven track record of working well with vulnerable people, young people or those who have SEND needs.
You MUST be flexible and reliable
You MUST be confident dealing with challenging situations
You MUST be able to travel
