Our Services: Our supported living services in Sheffield, Bradford, Leeds, and surrounding areas are tailored to adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health challenges, each with unique support needs. We are looking for compassionate, motivated, and person-centred Support Workers to join our team and provide personalised care that aligns with individual care plans. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with flexible hours on a rota basis, including night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide respectful and compassionate care, offering both practical and emotional support to our service users.
  • Enhance social opportunities and community engagement for individuals.
  • Develop and maintain warm, trusting relationships with service users.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.

Requirements:

  • Experience is valued but not required as we provide mandatory training and can book 2:1 shifts
  • Car drivers are desirable but not essential.
