KM Recruitment is seeking a Housing Assessor/Tutor for a remote, full-time, permanent position.
The salary for this role is up to £36,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Candidates must hold a recognised Assessor award and a CIH qualification, along with experience delivering full Apprenticeships in Housing or Business Services.
Key responsibilities include assessing and supporting learners, conducting remote observations, and managing documentation on learners' progress.
Excellent communication and time management skills are essential for this role.

Must hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
Must hold a recognised CIH (Chartered Institute of Housing) qualification.
Experience of delivering full Apprenticeships within Housing or Business Services as a minimum – coupled with occupational competency within the Housing Sector (Social Housing)
Excellent communication and time management skills.

Duties include:

Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeships in Housing and Property Management (up to Level 4, if competent to do so).
Conducting remote observations with learners, to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
