Job Types:Full-Time 07:30 - 20:30

Salary:Up to£29,720 - 37,852.80 p.a (£13.25 - £17.16 P/hr)

*Based on an average of 42 hours per week.

The Role:

  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care for young people aged 16-25 with learning disabilities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents through ongoing assessment, planning, and reviews.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, fostering a culture of excellence in care delivery.
  • Support staff and residents in achieving their full potential.
  • Work closely with the management team to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Level 2 Adult Care or Health and Social Care equivalent.
  • Level 2 Team Leader or a management qualification, or the willingness to obtain one post-appointment.
  • Experience working with learning disabilities, driven by a genuine desire to make a difference.
  • Leadership qualities, with a positive outlook and a knack for motivating teams.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and effectively manage emotional and behavioural challenges.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
