We are seeking a Mental Health Social Worker to join the Adults Mental Health team in Sheffield. The role involves providing social work support to adults experiencing mental health issues, including conducting assessments, creating care plans, and managing cases. The ideal candidate will have experience working in community or inpatient mental health settings and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to safeguard vulnerable adults and support their recovery journey through evidence-based interventions and multi-agency collaboration.
This position offers a rate of £30 per hour (umbrella). Only one CV per submission is requested at this time.
