We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work in an Alternative Provision setting in Sheffield. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with challenging behaviour, helping them to overcome obstacles and thrive academically and socially. Key Responsibilities:Provide mentorship and guidance to students experiencing behavioural challenges Implement individualised behaviour plans to support student's needs Foster a positive and supportive learning environment Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to implement strategies for student success Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents/guardians regarding student progress and behaviour.
