The RoleMy client is seeking a Software Developer to join their close-knit team as part of their organic growth strategy.
You'll initially work on a critical project to completely migrate their core booking and ticketing system from .NET Framework, C# and some VB.NET to modern .NET Core technology. This system is at the forefront of my client's business operations, making this a high-impact role from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and understand client requirements through direct client interaction

Working Arrangements
Working arrangements include initially 3 days per week in their Sheffield office for the first 6 months, reducing to 2 days per week from 6 months onwards. Benefits Package
The position offers a salary of £38,000-£48,000 depending on experience, with bi-annual performance bonuses (which averaged 3-4K per developer last year). You'll receive private medical insurance and join the Nest pension scheme. The work schedule is a comfortable 35-hour working week (9AM-5PM Monday-Friday) with 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and the entire period from Christmas to New Year off. Work-life balance is excellent, with paid overtime available but never mandatory.
