Already a successful busniess, they have a very exciting product strategy & roadmap and are looking for someone to come on board and help them reach their full potential. They have a focus on working with the latest versions of the technologies on the market and continuely improving their codebases to avoid technical debt, as well as development of new products and features.Flexibility is at the heart of their culture, with the Head of Development adopting a hands off management approach and trusting the team to deliver results whilst remaining available when needed. This allows for a lot of flexibility in working, with employees left to work their hours around their life rather than the other way around. You are also trusted to work the majority of time remotely, with ad hoc trips to the office for quarterly socials and product launches etc. The ideal candidate will have sound experience building scalabe web applications using Typescript, PHP and will also have a strong product led mentality. You will also be familiar with workings to SOLID principles and the latest PSR standards.
