Our client have developed a number of innovative products that help manufacturers deliver efficiencies and savings. This role will be responsible for the continued development of their digital products leveraging the latest technologies incorporating IoT, AI and PLC’s.

As Systems Engineering Manager your duties & responsibilities will include:
- Continuing the development of technology and products that are key to growth
- Delivering the product development strategy including product testing and integration
- Coach, mentor, and manage a team of multi-disciplinary design and development engineers
- Hands on leadership of all aspects of technology innovation from concept through to delivery
- Leading project delivery from proposal to completion
- Providing technical expertise, documentation and reports
The Systems Engineering Manager will need:
- Degree qualification in electrical, electronic or other relevant engineering discipline.
- An understanding of developing software, hardware and firmware in products
- Experience of managing, mentoring or coaching others
- Hands on leadership experience with the ability to grow a team
- Excellent communication and people skills
