Your Role:
  • Provide tailored support to pupils with diverse special educational needs, ensuring they feel valued and empowered.

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans.

  • Build positive, trust-based relationships to engage students in their learning journey.

  • Foster independence, confidence, and inclusivity among pupils.

  • Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to maintain a nurturing and effective classroom environment.
