This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about helping children with additional needs to thrive in a caring and inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities:* Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties.* Assist the class teacher in implementing personalized learning plans and strategies.* Support students in their social, emotional, and academic development.* Promote positive behavior and engagement in learning activities.* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and other support staff to ensure the needs of each child are met.* Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.Skills & Qualities Required:* Experience working with children with SEN is essential.* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging behavior.* A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.* Team player, willing to collaborate with staff and contribute to the wider school community.To Apply: Please send your CV and a cover letter to Rebecca English at .
