Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential support to pupils, including those with special needs, ensuring they feel safe and supported in their learning.
  • Assist with practical needs, such as personal care programmes and physical assistance.
  • Support the development and implementation of Individual Education/Behaviour Plans.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to encourage interaction and participation in activities.
  • Promote inclusion, self-esteem, and independence.
  • Work alongside teachers to create an engaging, supportive learning environment.
