ABC Teachers are seeking 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to work across KS1 and KS2 classes at a primary school in Walsall starting as soon as possible. This would be on a full time basis Monday to Friday.
About the roleSuccessful candidates will be working 1:1 with a specific pupil, assisting in classrooms and providing interventions for a specific pupil while de-escalating stressful situations to help the teacher conduct lessons successfully.

RequirementsTo be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant - Walsall you will:
- Have experience working with students with additional needs
- Be passionate about building strong relationships with pupils and supporting their development.
- Be able to commit to full-time work.
- While a teaching assistant qualification is preferred, relevant experience is also valued.
- Provide references from your most recent and relevant employment.
- Have, or be willing to obtain, an up-to-date DBS check registered with the update service.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Previous experience working in a primary setting.
