The Role
  • Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

You'll be working closely with teachers, parents, and the SENCO to provide tailored support for children with diverse needs. From assisting in the classroom to delivering small group or one-to-one interventions, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, sensory impairments, etc.).
  • A caring and resilient attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic school setting.
  • Relevant qualifications or training (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
