Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support for students with special educational needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support classroom teachers in managing student behaviour and engagement.
  • Facilitate a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists and educational psychologists.
  • Monitor and report on student progress and development.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach.
