Unique School Solutions are looking to recruit Special Needs Teaching Assistants to support schools throughout Sheffield. We work with Primary, Secondary and SEN schools providing 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of needs.
We have full and part-time opportunities available, and all of our positions are long-term and or permanent.
Dependant on the needs of the school, some jobs require the need for personal care or restraint so any experience in these fields or qualifications such as TeamTeach are always beneficial but certainly not essential to be able to register.
We are looking for candidates who have worked in schools, residential childrens homes, with children/young people within the communityor within the social care sector - This experience needs to be within the UK, and in the last two years.
You will also need an Enhanced DBS which is registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new one.
