About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and experienced Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to work in various SEN schools across Sheffield. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking for part-time, flexible hours and are able to respond to same-day requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with SEN in a classroom setting.
- Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of each student.
- Travel to different schools within Sheffield as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEN students is essential.
- Ability to travel to various schools in Sheffield.
- Flexibility to accept same-day bookings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
