We're looking for a dedicated teaching assistant to join our supportive team at Firth Park Academy, in Sheffield.

You're someone who'll be able to:

  • Support and adapt learning for pupils in any phase.
  • Be robust, resilient and take pride in helping students who can sometimes find school life challenging.
  • Be flexible, positive and compassionate.
  • Level 2 or 3 qualified in a relevant subject would be advantageous but not essential.

You're someone who has:

  • Have experience of working with young people.
  • Level 2 functional skills Maths and English or GCSE grade C/ 4 and above.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for working with young people.
  • Training in/ or willing to complete training to administer personal care to SEN students with educational health care plan.
