Day-to-day of the role:- Support the teaching and learning of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) across various age groups.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages pupils to thrive both academically and personally.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs in a similar or transferable role.
- A confident and proactive approach to supporting pupils with SEND.
- Possession of a current DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- A commitment to going above and beyond to support our pupils.
