We are looking for SEN Teacher who are wanting to make a positive difference to children's lives every day.

Here at Career Teachers we are working with a Primary School in Sheffield who are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic, and committed SEN Teacher to join them on a temporary part time basis.

To be considered for this role you will need to:

SEN pupils are likely to take longer than other pupils to understand something or complete a task. To have patience is essential
Qualified Teacher Status Or equivalent
Have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs in particular EBD, SEMH or ADHD.
An up to date Enhanced DBS, preferably on the update service.
Have excellent verbal and written skills.
Previous experience working in a similar role within a mainstream primary school setting.
Be confident in managing challenging behaviours.
Adaptable and nurturing with a positive demeanour.
The ability to maintain effective and trusting relationships.
Always remaining positive and giving plenty of praise
