Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and deliver tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of pupils.

  • Address any behavioural issues in a nurturing and constructive manner.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with SEN in a similar role or a transferable role.
  • Confidence and a proactive approach to going above and beyond for our pupils.
  • A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
