- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and a team of experienced professionals to support each child’s development and well-being.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the school’s ethos of continuous improvement.
- Proven experience working with SEN in the same role or a similar transferable role.
- A strong commitment to going above and beyond to support children with special needs.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a DBS on the update service.
