We are seeking passionate and dedicated Special Needs Education Supply Teachers to join our vibrant and supportive team. Our school caters to children with severe and complex learning difficulties and disabilities, providing a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, working with children aged 3-11 to help them achieve their full potential through tailored educational plans and engaging activities.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver individualised learning plans tailored to the specific needs of each child.
  • Engage pupils in a variety of activities, including forest school sessions, to promote independence, boldness, and bravery.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to enhance the educational experience of our pupils, ensuring progress in communication, reading, and personal development.
  • Participate in exciting school activities such as performances at the Crucible Theatre, contributing to building confidence and self-esteem in our pupils.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with SEN in a similar or transferable role.
  • Confidence and dedication to go above and beyond for our pupils.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a DBS on the update service.
