Day to Day of the Role

As a Specialist Learning Coach, you will:

  • Provide targeted support to students with ASD and social communication challenges, facilitating their academic and social development.

  • Work closely with a dedicated team to share best practices and innovative strategies for special needs education.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to thrive.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in special needs education.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Specialist Learning Coach or in a similar role supporting children with special educational needs.
  • Confidence and dedication to go above and beyond in supporting children with special needs.
  • Team Teach qualification is preferable.
  • Must possess a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
