Day-to-day of the role:- Support pupils with special educational needs in their learning and development.
- Assist in the implementation of individual education plans.
- Encourage and foster independence and confidence in pupils.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment.
- Experience working with SEN in a similar or transferable role.
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and commitment to supporting children with special needs.
- Willingness to obtain a DBS on the update service if not already possessed.
- Work in a supportive and dynamic environment with a dedicated team.
