Are you a qualified teacher (QTS) looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs? Join our dedicated and supportive team in a specialist SEND school catering to primary-aged children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other additional needs.
We are seeking a passionate and confident SEND Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. You will work with a class of primary-aged children, delivering engaging lessons tailored to their individual needs and supporting their educational and emotional development.
You will:

Plan, deliver, and assess lessons that align with the needs of your pupils.

Work collaboratively with an experienced team of Teaching Assistants (Ta's) to ensure all children receive the support they need.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters growth and learning.

Use creative strategies to manage behaviour effectively and engage students in learning.

Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals to support pupil's progress.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Confidence and experience in teaching children with additional needs such as ASD and ADHD.

Strong organisational skills to plan and assess effectively.
