Duties of the Supply Chain Manager will include:
- Inventory Management: Ensure optimal stock levels across suppliers, global locations, and customers
- Supplier Management: Maintain strong relationships with a small, dedicated supplier base, ensuring quality and delivery performance while driving continuous improvement
- Planning & Performance: Collaborate with sales to analyse trends, forecast, and set achievable stock targets
- Logistics: Guarantee 100% material availability for production teams while optimising transport costs and service levels
- New Product Introduction: Oversee supply chain strategies for new product launches, from packaging to supplier validation
Key Skills & Experience required:
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to develop supplier partnerships
- A track record of applying continuous improvement techniques
- Advanced ERP knowledge and exceptional project management skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence and inspire
