- Job Type: Part-time, 10 hours per week Monday-Friday (6am to 8am or 7am to 9am)
We are seeking a dedicated Cleansing Operative to join our team, providing cleaning services at a local community centre. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
Day-to-day of the role:- Perform cleaning tasks according to the schedule, either from 6am to 8am or 7am to 9am, Monday to Friday.
- Ensure all areas of the community centre are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently and safely, following all health and safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within the allocated time frame.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and the ability to handle and store them safely.
- A commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.
- Consistent part-time hours, 10 hours per week.
