Shift Pattern: 07:30 - 16:30 / 16:30 - 01:00 (Monday - Friday / Rotating)

Your Role:
- Oversee transport operations, ensuring deliveries run on time and to standard.
- Lead and support a team of drivers and transport staff, driving performance and engagement.
- Ensure full compliance with UK transport legislation and company policies.
- Manage schedules, monitor KPIs, and drive operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service levels and problem-solve effectively.
What You Bring:
- Proven leadership in a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environment (Ideally as a Transport Supervisor).
- Strong understanding of transport regulations and compliance within a corporate FMCG enivornment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people-management skills.
- Adaptability to work across various shift patterns in a fast-paced setting.
- Commutable to Sheffield.
