Key Responsibilities:
- Exemplary Teaching: Deliver high-quality teaching and ensure learners progress across all curriculums.
- Learner Management: Oversee the learner's journey, from initial assessment to goal setting and progress monitoring.
- Collaboration: Work with parents, carers, and specialist support services to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Professional Development: Participate in training, appraisals, and quality improvement processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Level 4 Award in Education & Training, PGCE, or Cert Ed. Minimum Level 2 Maths and English.
- Experience: Teaching learners with autism, SLD, and PMLD within a special education setting.
- Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
